of photographic documents by Studios Detaille does not
grant rights for reproduction. |
3 – Our
photographic documents (whatever the support) can be
entrusted to you for a maximum period of two months,
unless otherwise agreed. |
4 –Reproduction
rights are limited to one publication, the one referenced
in the purchase order. |
5 – Each
document to be reproduced should involve:

- the delivery of relevant documents to allow us
to establish reproduction right fees..
Otherwise, when the 2 months period after publication
is over, penalties equivalent to twice the normal
amount will be charged.
